My name is Savannah Roberts and this is my first time being in the Boneyard Arts Festival. The body of work I am showing is a mini series focusing on modes of transportation. This is part of an ongoing project of mine about midwest America. This collection is all printed on silver gelatin and shot on a Canon A1 35mm.

I started off painting and using other mediums before I gave photography a real shot. When I did get into photography I started off with digital. I hadn’t gotten into film till high school and even then it took me until college to get into a darkroom. Since then I can’t stop shooting film. It’s frustrating not knowing if your shots came out and how long each process is but the final product is worth all of the hard work. Photography has changed my point of view and I see everything in some art form now. It opened my eyes to all of my surroundings and for that I am grateful.
