Rhonda Daniels
Rhonda Daniels was born and raised in East Saint Louis, IL (The City of the Champions)! After retiring in 2017 from the Federal Government as an accountant and auditor, she earned her second masters degree in Art Therapy with an Emphasis in Counseling and is currently a Registered Art Therapist. She has studied art at several schools to include the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and the University of Maryland’s European branch. Her artwork has been exhibited in St. Louis, Chicago, Washington DC, Heidelberg and Wiesbaden Germany and, now, here in Champaign and Urbana, IL. A survivor of cancer and cardiovascular diseases, Daniels’ Christian faith and experiences provide inspiration for her work. However, she acknowledges that her paintings allow viewers to create their own personal concept.
