Jodi Adams

Jodi has been enchanted with photography since a very young age. In 2008, she completed her degree photography at Columbia College Chicago. Her work is often inspired by nature and the peace that can be found there.

Her black and white images of trees and birds printed on canvas look painterly, dreamy, ethereal. The color images printed on metal pop with life, color, and movement. As a yoga teacher, healer, and photographer, she has honed her ability to see beyond the conventional surface. Her photographs portray the magic of a visual reality that would mostly go unobserved. Much like our own human experience, there is an entire world beyond the superficial when we take the time to look.

Outside of Boneyard, Jodi’s work can also be found at the Allerton Park cafe, Bohemia on Main in Urbana, Amara Yoga & Arts, Vital Flow Massage in Urbana, and Yoga Off the Square in Monticello.
