4/3 · Teen Takeover at KAM for Boneyard! 5–7:30 pm Calling all teens! Join us for a teen takeover of the museum featuring live music, art-making, activities, and food for young people in middle school and high school as part of Boneyard Arts Festival. Explore our galleries and flex your creative muscles during this teen night at the museum! Includes a pop-up exhibition of works by ArtSpeak, our teen museum interns from Rantoul High School.
4/5 · Improvisers Exchange: Sonic Location with special guest Geoff Gresh 1–3 pm Experience immersive sound as you view artwork at Krannert Art Museum! Curated by Jason Finkelman, director of Global Arts Performance Initiatives at Krannert Center for the Performing Arts. A Boneyard Arts Festival and Mom’s Weekend event.

Krannert Art Museum is open Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. We are closed Sundays.

4/7 · MMIR Exhibition Opening with Native North American Artist-in-Residence, Angel Starr
5:30–7 pm An exhibition of the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Relatives (MMIR) Red Regalia Project created with Chicago-based Native artist Angel Starr (Omaha, Odawa, Three Affiliated Tribes of North Dakota) to call attention to violence against Indigenous Peoples. Part of the 2024–2025 Native North American Art Residency.
