Two artists will be displaying their work at Hound’s Court and two additional artists will be located at the back bar, Dandy Hound. Saturday will feature performances at Hound’s Court, Dandy Hound and Hound’s Rest starting at 4pm until 9pm. Come browse the artists’ work while enjoying original musical performances and sipping a handcrafted cocktail featuring local ingredients.
Patrick Knerr (Showing at Hound’s Court) feels that the study of art is merely a study of subjectivity and his friend Quinn refers to him as a “Genius with a brush.” He uses a variety of mediums and is pairing his work with Quinn Koeneman.
Quinn Koeneman (Showing at Hound’s Court) recently completed his MFA at the U of I, and has exhibited work in New York and Chicago. He currently works as a freelance illustrator and is launching a small risograph press in town called Get Home Safe. His work features multiple mediums and is playful in nature.
Hannah Wilson (Showing at Dandy Hound) is a graphic artist and illustrator whose pieces depict mythical creatures consuming different libations. Her work has been featured at Dandy Hound previous years and Dandy Hound is thrilled to have her back.
Luke and Molly Ames (Showing at Dandy Hound, Saturday only) are a husband and wife team that creates one-of-a-kind pieces using beautiful hardwoods: local and exotic. They create everything from beautiful sculptural artwork to functional, every day products.
