I am a social worker and expressive arts facilitator passionate about setting positive ripples in the world. Creativity is a necessary component of my connection to self, to others, and to the natural world. Taking silent walks in nature, stretching, tap dancing, art journaling, and intuitive collaging are pillars of my creative practice. I delight in providing opportunities for others to experience the power of creative connection.
