Judie Spencer

Judie Spencer is a native of Urbana and has been involved with textiles, art and beadwork for over sixty years. She has a BFA in Crafts/Metals from UIUC and finds inspiration in historical costumes and ethnic expressions of identity relating to body ornamentation across cultures and time.
