Artist showcase: Photography by Analog Roam
Artist Bio: I am a Midwest native who draws much of my inspiration from growing up in a landscape of rusting railroad towns, rolling cornfields and open skies. I like to explore themes of places and things abandoned to time, veneration, reverence, the imprints we leave on spaces, as well as nature in her bare majesty. I fell in love with taking photos in grade school when I received a hot pink 110 camera as a gift. I loved setting up fun shots with friends or my pets and the anticipation of waiting for my photos to be developed, something lost to the digital age. I have been exploring photography for over 25 years. Boneyard Art Festival will be my first time exhibiting my art, with much thanks to a lot of encouragement and support from loved ones.
