DESCRIPTION:Urbana School District #116 – Dance Flash Mob \nElementary students from Leal\, King\, Yankee Ridge\, DPW and Thomas Paine will perform a “flash mob” dance inside Lincoln Square Mall. After that they will perform the dance again outside\, in front of the Courthouse\, facing Main Street. There will be a community “dance party” immediately following. \nThis will be a dance to a song called “Golden” from the movie KPop Demon Hunters. \nLincoln Square Mall\, south wing\, 2:00 pm. \nIn front of the Courthouse\, along Main Street\, 2:15 pm.

Saturday Bachata workshops with world class champion dancers Piotr and Dorota from Poland! Plus a Latin Dance Social in the evening. Sunday Contact Improvisation JAM lead by the brilliant Rebeca Medina music by Jason Finkelman. Come dance with the art work of Kinsey Fitzgerald from her show “HOW I BECAME A DANCER (AFTER TRACEY EMIN): AN ODE TO DRAWING” Will be up. Come and enjoy!\n\n\nFriday\, April 10\nHeels Cabaret Friday\, 7:30pm with Rares Fota! This is a dance performance staring dancers from his dance class at UDC. Heels Cabaret fee is $10.\n\nSaturday\, April 11\nBachata class with Piotr and Dorota Saturday\, April 11\, 4-6pm for ages 13+\nLatin Dance Night Saturday\, April 11\, 8-9pm lesson and a social 9-midnight with DJ Brown Sugar for ages 13+. Bachata class fee is $35\, and Latin Dance Night fee is $10.\n\nSunday\, April 12\nContact Dance JAM with Jason Finkleman and Rebeca Medina Sunday\, April 12\, 1-3pm. DESCRIPTION:The Enchanted Museum the Ballet \nThis plotless ballet is loosely inspired by Josef Bayer’s “The Fairy Doll” (1888) as well as the 2006 comedy film “Night at the Museum” by Shawn Levy and the 1993 children’s book of the same name by Milan Trenc. An original production performed by the Dance Arts Conservatory.
