A passion discovered early in school in Brazil, craftsmanship has been a permanent learning process. I started giving classes about oil and acrylic painting when I was 15 years old. After college, I became a teacher for children with hearing disabilities, same condition that I face since infancy. The process of convincing the children to accept the challenge of learning new skills to the boost of self esteem when they realized the first results was an awesome experience. Today, painting is how I keep challenging myself. This universe of details where each trace matters. My work includes painting on canvas, aluminum, glass and fabric, using oil, acrylic or watercolor.
